Sustainable Hope Foundation for Women and Youth Development (SHOWDEV) is a nonprofit, non-governmental organization born out of a strong desire to assist in the personal development of women, youth and people in the communities — with a strategy aimed at skills acquisition for meaningful contribution to communal empowerment and development, culminating in poverty reduction.
